I couldn't wait to start the whole Vegan thing, so I started 3 days ago. I don't feel tired anymore, and I feel good. My body feels good, too. I've also been exercising too. Jogging and bike riding, and I'm going to look into yoga. I can't believe not even a week ago, I laid in bed bitching about losing weight and being healthy. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner.
I read Skinny Bitch, which is both funny and informative, and with a few tweaks to the regimen, (ones that benefit my body, health and lifestyle, not straying from all-natural/organic veganism diet), it's been going well.
Today is my anniversary, too. I'm really excited for dinner tonight. =]
