Just broke in new tires on the bike and I can't believe I've waited this long to get them. It rides so much better now. Took about a 250mi ride yesterday and another 100mi ride today. Back tire slid a bit while I was breaking them in, I hate that feeling...mostly because of riding in the middle of nowhere and the time it's take to get help out that far.

Lost one of my new footpegs on the 250mi ride somewhere, guess it was my fault for not putting locktite on the threads. Makeshift peg for now until my new one comes in.

My cheeks and back are a bit sore, think I might invest in a gel seat. Sport bike suspension just isn't made for comfort, and I'm not as young as I once was.

If you can't tell, I'm a little excited to be riding again.
