Cheesus has returned!

Nevermind the son of god, I think I saw Dr Manhattan in one of those clips.

Bring Me the Head of Philip K Dick. And be quick about it.

Yeah, Mr. Show can be a bit much sometimes. biggrin And they're making fun of slackers in that clip, so the humor's a bit dated. (Now I feel old... blackeyed )

Here's some more Mr. Show goodness:

attack_macaque:
And now I'm going to go look up "anal cress" so I can find out what it is. Doesn't sound pleasant, that's for sure... surreal

LOL! I love failblog, their videos have brought me so much entertainment. I give that guy an "A" for effort, though.

Well, we got together yesterday and cooked out in my father's backyard. He's spending the next few days visiting with his mom, and we'll probably get together again before he goes back. Strangely, none of us have been possessed by the gay demons while spending time with him. biggrin One of these days, I think we need to scoop my aunt up and drop her off inside a gay bar, just to see if she shits her pants or not. ooo aaa

lots of things to be said. But most of the time, it can't be done. Not without constructing a book around it, anyhow smile

I don't know if any of you (apart from Celta) are familiar with Street Anatomy but it's worth taking a look - it's a blog about examples of human anatomy being used in medicine, art and design and so on and it's my new favourite website. if you like guts and skellingtons, you'll love it.

some examples:
brain made out of a watermelon

I gotta say, I'm not too keen on the last shot. Losing to Bolton always hurts. biggrin

How's tricks?
huw:
He's my flatmate of 5 years now so he probably looks constantly apprehensive.
Also it was Killa and Mistress Paine taking the pic, so that could explain a lot as well wink

I have that feeling sometimes too. Like there was something within you that you ignored or neglected and now it's gone. Maybe one day you'll find that sense of adventure?

I think that his voice (and many of his songs) are just so different to anything else you hear that you are not prepared for it. I think raw is absolutely the right word, he does sing about pretty uncomfortable subjects too.

I finally got around to watching There Will Be Blood last night.

Though I had beer, not milkshake, and he didn't get a drop.

Ah, January again. hmm. anyway, it's important that I try and sort my life out this year (really sort it out). haven't exactly figured out how I'm going to do it yet, but... eh, I can't carry on like this...

I loved that film.

Haven't read that one; thanks for the link, it's appreciated.

Re: sorting life out: I'm always happy to provide useless and irrelevant advice, should you be in the mood for it tongue

Re: holidays: I'd settle for a whole week of genuine time to myself, at home. Or maybe even three days. But I also have hankerings after the extreme north-western tip of Portugal - never been there, but it seems to be a blank on lots of bird distribution maps. So I'm puzzled, and I suspect it might be worth a look.

Hello. i hope youve all been having a good christmas, whatever youve been doing.

Anyone remember this? It was great. It has been turned into this:

It might well turn out to be a decent film in its own right, but Im not sure how theyll cram 6 hours worth of conspiratorial capering into a 2 hour story. Well, apart from by hacking away...

I think that the problem with me is that I worry about issues 3 or 4 steps down the line which are always larger than the problem I should be dealing with at the time.

I must admit that I was very excited when I unwrapped my lightsaber. Its one of the ones which you build yourself so I had great fun choosing which parts I wanted.

Hope that you had a good Christmas and have an even better new year.

Saucy is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. But then I am a bass player, and pretty saucy myself, so I do know a bit about these things tongue
