The Danse Society

The guy I saw take two bats to the head past away. I saw a collection box for his funeral at the corner liquor with his picture on it and it said 'a legend will never be forgotten'. In the picture he's wearing a black L.A. baseball hat I sold him. I wonder if I will have to testify in court (I kinda committed myself to testify if I could do it anonymously because someone is being wrongfully accused). I probably will. I have to admit that I'm afraid as fuck because the guy that took him out is someone who knows where I work since that's from where I know him and he could send someone to do his vengeance. That has been in my mind the last couple of days.

Today at work I got a gun pointed me. A young kid (about 17) (who was a regular customer) came in to my store, asked to see the dodger caps then pointed a gun at me and asked for all the money. I just backed away from the cash register and called the cops. He took off with the cap. I'm sure he'll get caught because he probably lives a block away.
It was scary as fuck!
