I just got back from Portland. I don't get to go on vacation very often, so this was kind of a big deal. I learned a bunch about finishing salts, veganism and how much i really love Oregonian wine. I had such a fantastic time and it was probably the most refreshing vacation I've ever had. I went up to the Breitenbush hot springs with my friend Alissa and we rented a little cabin together the night before my birthday. I celebrated my birthday at midnight with being naked in a pool, in the mountains with one of my best friends in the world. We were scandalous and snuck in some local wine and weed. My birthday couldn't have been more relaxing and awesome. We had 50+ people at thanksgiving yesterday and Alissa thought no one would eat my dairy filled mashed potatos, but they were gone within the first ten minutes... (Ha!). I got home about an hour ago and I already miss Portland terribly. I'll post some pictures once I get a chance.
