I have learned that the ride between Tucson and Phoenix is best when you are by yourself. All you need is some of your best cds or some new ones you picked up before you took off, and your thoughts. Some of my best thinking and life planning came from that trip.

i used to do yoga in a class with my sister & my mum (my mum has Multiple Sclerosis- MS, her doctor told her it would be good for her) we did it for a while until it was too hard for all of us to coordinate a night we could do it together. i have a pilates DVD that i was doing at home pretty religiously when i would wake up before i took my shower but i have been seriously slacking. i pulled it out the other day & did it before work at like 6am. i was in so much pain the rest of the day but it was a good pain. i hope i can keep it up, i need to loose some of this chub, soon!
