finished editing a new poison set that i will send in later this week. that was a fun shoot.

i've spent the past week or so with U2. outside of dublin, if you're going to see U2, it should be in boston or new york. took larry to the grand chao chao on chinatown for lobster and scallops.

also went kicking and screaming to the star wars premier. what a piece of shit. it sucks. don't go.

bailey and i are going to be taking some pictures soon. at least that's the rumour.

i bought the Partridge Family Season 1 on DVD. Can't really explain that one.

Just got back from Vegas. Went to a wedding, shot a movie star for Vanity Fair and British Vogue and had dinner with her and her much gossiped about new boyfriend, went to the Zumanity Show at New York, New York (very sexy and beautiful), and ran up $200 in room service charges. Very productive trip.

The new Springsteen album is amazing. I've not been the biggest fan of Bruce's recent music (seems too adult and mature) but the new CD is flawless. Like Nebraska. Like Johnny Cash and Joe Strummer.

I am now going to watch South Park and go to bed.

I spent all day Saturday with Jim Carroll, author of The Basketball Diaries and singer/songwriter of the hits "People Who Died" and "It's Too Late". He did a spoken word performance and then a set of music with a band. After the show we hung out backstage then went to a diner where he told me stories about Patti Smith, Robert Mapplethorpe, Alan Ginsburg, Keith Richards, and Lou Reed (and more). We then drove around the city and just talked. An amazing night. He made my brain feel so full. I like it when people do that. Such a generous, gentle soul.

Bailey called me Friday night. That made me happy. I miss her.

I need to write Severus an all too late letter.

I've added some Debrajean stuff from the two most recent sets. That Cape Cod set was almost a year ago. That was a fun week. Driving around, eating fried clams, searching for the right heels, and taking lots of pictures. I think we're going to be shooting again in a couple of weeks, in Lincoln Nebraska!
