cut it up, batter it (oat meal or bread crumbs), fry it in soy sause and then dip it in A1 sause.

Ok I kind of tryed my own thing with the tofu. I just kind of threw together an Idea. First I cut up some ham and sauteed it adding in the tofu and mushrooms. Then I cut up lettuce and celery and added it to the mix. After a bit of cooking I turned down the heat and added ranch salad dressing and let it heat through. After that was finished I put it on top of Japanese rice. I must say it came out pretty damn good. cheers to me hehe.

it's funny you mention that... I was thinking about thunderstorms and rain yesterday... I spent alot of time in south florida for a while and I think the thing I miss the most are the daily thunderstorms. It'd be amazing, you would watch them roll in, as a sheet of rain and lightning and thunder and they'd exist for you and then they'd roll away... The pavement would steam and you could walk around barefoot without getting your feet burned off cause the rain cooled it down! I miss that. Cali has just entered it's dry season.. no more rain here for a while. Also the rain is different, The temperature is cold, almost freezing and it'll drizzle for days, releasing the same amount of water that a southern rain storm would. sigh...

the want for simpler times... and the simple pleasures of rain. (I need to get out of cali once my work here is done.)

hmm.. kay. random q which you don't have to answer... since you're in the military, how is the base taking the photos of the prisioners and the rumors surrounding them?

pralines. umm... hmm.. wow. I didn't realize until just now, that I don't know exactly if they use real pralines in the ice cream or not... A praline is a candy. It's pecans dropped in a heated mixture of sugar and sugar and butter and some other stuff and then dalloped onto a sheet and allowed to cool and harden. (ask around for them out there, it's a southern treat, you'll find them) but anyways, I guess they then take those and crunch them up and toss them in ice cream.
