I started very easily. Just cut down the servings.
Stopped up-sizing at fast food places. eat one Hostess cupcake at a time, instead of both in one sitting.

And so on.

very gradual.

Now, I'm at the point where I ate a brownie ala mode last week, and didn't like it.

It was too sweet.

That's 6 months of slowly changing my diet, and 3 months of exercise.

So i had an test interview yesterday, wondered if i did well or not. and sure enough they called me back today for a second interview!! i'm so excited, its on Tuesday, wish me luck!
