About Me
Hey guys! Exciting things have been happening
I love being on my own and out of my ex's house. My apartment is tiny (my bedroom is literally the size of my previous closet.. no joke) but I love it. It's small, but it's mine! It has a cute little balcony and its a 5 minute walk to school and the ocean.
Getting used to my new major is a little tough. Psychology was so interesting and I loved it. Business is dry and boring.. But this degree will be a lot more useful in my future.

I'm officially down 113 pounds (this picture was taken when I hit 100 pounds lost. October 2011-October 2012)
I feel so much healthier and confident. I'm starting to finally love my body for the first time.
A lot of people have messaged me and here's what I've done. There is no quick fix. There's no easy solution. I stopped being lazy and stopped making excuses for myself. I don't count calories or carbs. I eat clean. That's it. No processed foods, no artificial sweeteners, no gluten and minimal dairy.
While I was focusing on dropping weight, I did a lot of cardio (treadmill on a high incline, stair master, or arc trainer... Ellipticals are crap) and I also did a lot of weight training for my lower body. The reason for focusing mostly on my lower body is because those muscles are the largest and build up easily. Muscle burns more calories throughout the day than fat does.
My routine now looks a little different because Im working on building muscle as well as losing the last 22 pounds. I have 2 days that I do a full body circuit, one upper body day, one lower, one "problem area" day, an ab day and a lazy (prep) day where I lan my workouts for the next week and do all my grocery shopping and prep work.

I went to Disney World with my family and had an amazing time.

I met up with some friends for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios.

Some randomness..
*spoilers*
