For my first blog entry I'll share this awesome food I just cooked. I am the master at making a superb meal out of what you have without having to go to the store. I am eating whole wheat rotini pasta with chicken dusted with New Orleans seasoning, hot italian sausage, fresh tomato, spinach, and garlic sauteed just enough to make the spinach wilt. All of this in an alfredo pesto sauce.
