I found at least one new star, maybe two, maybe even three, so faint I could barely see them. The big one next to it is obvious, though I doubt anyone's seen it either. People only notice that patch of hatched lines to the west of them. I don't reveal that part of the galaxy often.

It's a constant battle. I wonder if I'm doing...

I was up late last night thinking, inspired by Poe's "Fly Away," the last song out of the speakers. Counting Crows came to mind, "August and Everything After." It used to be my favorite album; I loved the Midwestern flavor to it. I'd ride my go-kart down an abandonned logging road in Vermont until the trees fallen across the path were too big to go...

Birthdays are stupid. I know I'll cry either way, like always.

Gogol Bordello for entertainment, and a short list of bars to check out afterward. I guess the idea of a bar isn't silly because even though I don't drink much, I tend to find people to sit with, tend to find something to make me smile.

It was so beautiful.

After sitting at two stop lights which were blind to me and my little Buzzy, and a disoriented walk around many very large buildings, I found the one I was supposed to be in, and it was rather creepy in a technological kinda way.

I opened a door that reminded me of the chemistry labs in school, and walked into the...

Last night I learned that people might look at me and immediately conclude two things: I'm neither single, nor straight. This brings up the idea that it's one thing to dress and act differently because you like it, and another to convince people that you're really just the same.

Tonight, after my annual pumpkin carving ritual, I have become really really lonely. I have jack-o'lanterns...

I have two Halloween cards drawn up for friends, but can't decide which to send them to. If I don't mail them tomorrow, they probably wouldn't get where they're directed by Halloween.

I don't have a costume though, just a few unusual pieces of attire I rescued from the old ways. I don't have a party lined up to hit. I don't even have a...

I got my Buzzy today. It arrived in Seattle, a little worse for the ride, this morning at precisely the same time a coworker saw me with my helmet and asked if I had my bike yet.

Oh, Buzzy buzzy-buzzy-buzzy...

Tonight I looked at Crave's set, and obviously liked it a lot, although... a Pitts is not a large aircraft, and a single-seat Pitts is...

Anyone else ever missed the bus? I went to the mall, not realizing that I was on the last bus. Then I spent 2.5 hours walking back in the dark, drizzly townships south of Seattle.

I rotated my bed (=a few blankets on the floor) to better watch some Cowboy Bebop. I forget how many epiodes I watched before I turned it off and fell...

Some jerk in the TSA stole nearly all of my striped socks. But I'm in the Seattle area now, graduated, gainfully employed, pierced a few times. Wow, things have changed here.
fishnetflyboy:
Ha! I was mistaken! I used all my striped stockings as padding for my violin, which I received today. Otherwise...

I found an anime store that's only a mile and a half from here. (Hey, where I come from, nothing is less than five miles from anywhere.)

Nevermind. I just got a little scared, this morning, that's all. Nevermind, if I bothered you about it. If you cared, thanks, if you didn't, oh well.

Going to the cemetery tonight. It's warm enough, I might not freeze.

+_________+_________+_________+

I went to the cemetery, the comparatively large one in the Old North End.

I only go to cemeteries at night to scare myself silly....
