So, I have finally decided to get back in shape...I have already been riding 12-15 miles on my bike per day, which is about 60+ miles a week. As winter comes I know I will not be able to ride outdoors as much as I would like, but I will be able to get an indoor converter for my bike, so I will be able to keep riding in the winter and during the winter break. But thus far, cycling has been amazing for my legs, but that is it. So I have started doing yoga again, which I haven't done in MONTHS, as well as doing cross training by push-ups, sit ups, and running.
That is about all from the camp for now...just taking a break during studying for French...
