Good news the British singles chart is as corrupt as ever, Im glad to see somethings never change.

I'm getting slightly better with 3-4 hours a night but my dreams are becoming disturbing and bizarre.
I woke up around 4am today with an overwhelming urge to cut my face again and actually got out of bed and reached for a knife before realizing what I was doing.

Well it seems Ive started 2004 on a manic period. I cant sleep, keep forgetting what Im doing halfway through and I thinking about a million things to do a minute then forgetting 999,999 of them.
The insomnia is really getting to me already and I know from experience this is going to last at least another week.
