Vacation Time.
Day two of an 18 day vacation today. I need the break too. I have so much to do. Life hasn't slowed down since school ended so I'm going to use this time to get everything in order.
House cleaning, apt. hunting, bills and reading (stuff I want to read, not stuff assigned to me) will fill my days.

Its been snowing a bit here. I like that. When its only light snow and not huge ice storms, I enjoy the winter.
Turns out I won't be getting surgery until Feb. That means I won't be doing it during vacation. That is a plus. On the flip side of the coin though, if I have another gallbladder attack during vacation.............well, then it's no longer a "plus" lol.
I'm working really hard on a project. I'm building an entire D+D campaign setting. Its called "Fallen Luanna". I'm even getting artists I've met online to do drawings for me. I have a lot of ideas for the project, just have to start putting pen to paper with it.

Wow. School is done, but life isn't slowing down for me at all. Work work work..............I feel like I live at work now. In all reality, I don't, I just feel that way. Meh, I have a vacation coming in January so, I'll have plenty of time to rest up then.

I have this map making software from profantasy, Campaign Cartographer, and its a bit hard to learn..............for me anyway.

School is basically done for me. I can't believe it either. I have to go to class for two more weeks but, I am done with all the assignments and presentations I needed to do. I have a good shot at ending this semester with all A's and graduating with high honors too.
Now that school is over, I'll be focusing more on my D+D and reading. I have so many books on my Kindle I want to get to that I need to get started on. I can't decide which will be first.

I went into the day with the plan of making some serious progress on my homework. Instead, I made progress in Roller Coaster Tycoon. Not a complete loss, but not ideal either lol.
It's definitely getting cooler here, and I like that. I'm looking forward to some chilly nights and snow tubing. Unfortunately though, I will not be able to enjoy my favorite winter event: Hartwood Acres. For those of you not familiar with it, that is a large light show in a historic park. Its huge, and done so well. Lack of funding though kept it from being opened this year. I'm very disappointed. For me, that Christmas light show was what made the holidays.

My D+D group is going well, despite having our first casualty. I don't know if you could count him as someone who quit the group though since he never really started. He missed the first couple meetings and didn't impress some of the group members with how he handled it. One basically told him he could still play if he wanted but since he was having so much trouble making the sessions, perhaps another group meeting another time would be best for him. That was just a polite way to tell him to "f" off, and he did.
Is anyone avoiding facebook because of all the political fighting going on?

I'm being a big procrastinator with my homework. I can't help it. Roller Coaster Tycoon is just more interesting than writing papers. I can't wait until December when school is over. I'll be done for good after that (at least for a year anyway).

School was canceled today. I'm glad, I'll catch up on sleep now. That and pay some attention to my theme park in Roller Coaster Tycoon.
I have to take a trip and attend a professional meeting. Its a long trip, and the bad weather has me concerned. I like long drives usually, but not when there are weather alerts going on.

Too much homework to do. That's OK though, got one of the group presentations done today and our group nailed it.
