I have to start being more active on here. It's an awesome site. It's been awhile since doing a blog entry. Never really done a blog before.
Anyway, in lovely Alaska, where I'm at. It's getting way cold. -10 this morning. Have to wear layers just to go to my truck. Alaska is great, minus the winters.
Finally started going back to the gym again. Was out because of an injury. Commonplace when it come to the iron moving business. Trying hard to get to where I was 5 months ago. I want to rush it and push to the max but I know that's not a good idea. Risk injury again. Lifting is a science, and a math. Lifting heavy weights, calculating what to use, but also knowing when your body is saying stop. I hate when it does that. Tells me to stop when I don't want to.
