Not feeling well today, think I have a sinus infection. Hopefully your day is better.

What news in the world of Halloween today? Nothing, really. Probably going to do a pumpkin patch/apple orchard adventure this week. Beyond that, keeping it low key. I'm also thinking of trying to theme some of these posts around some of my favorite Halloween movies. I guess you'll have to wait and see.

A little dark humor in the post today. To be honest, it's the only type of humor that I truly possess. People are often weirded out a bit by me because of it. Oh well, I hope you enjoy.

Yes, the fall weather is officially here and it will be chilly tonight. I'm gonna fire up the old wood-burning stove for the first time this season. Yes!

Not really sure what to say today. Just savoring the weather as it continues to cool down. It's nice to have some time to relax this year and be present. And watch a bunch of spooky shows. This is the only time of year I really watch TV, and there's so much good stuff out for the season now. Do you have any must-see recommendations?

As I continue this little project, I'll let you know what to expect. I love October and Halloween. I think it's reasonable to say that those who do correlate it with our childhood. As such, when I was a kid I used to watch 'scary' movies and associated a lot of the monsters with Halloween. So movies are a big part of the Halloween experience...
