i need to get the rest of the world on my workout schedule.
it's only friday, sunday, tuesday. it's not hard. the three days a week that i HAVE to be left alone are when people always want to hang out.
when i work out, i hit the weights HARD and feel awesome when i'm done, and seee real improvement. but i never can manage more than two workouts a week. someone always drags me out of the house atleast once a week when i need to be at in my house sweating.
the worst part is, the day after i skip a workout i feel like an asshole. i'm working out to IMPROVE my social life. but it's my social life that keeps me from working out.
i know i'm always going to be a big guy. that's just the way i'm built. it's my genes. if i don't workout i get fat. but i build muscle very easily. when i'm workout semi regular, i look good. i'll never have six pack abs, or really even a flat stomach. when i'm lifting i look better. my chest is wider than my waist, my gut doesn't pop out over my belt buckle
