I think to be a good landscape photographer anywhere with a thick trees, you need to be a photoshop master. Case in point, I took a lot of pictures last weekend:

I kind of want to become a truck driver. I actually thought about that today when I was driving to school. In a daydream, I could imagine seeing so much out of the windows and loving it. I know that's silly, but I love to be in a car.

I am also glad for the freckles. Living in the NW usually means I don't. Thanks for the luck. I will need it.
lemonkid:
It shouldn't, but that actually made me feel better.

I guess my last blog was pretty boring.

I don't know if I can ever save myself from the life of an average worker. Or maybe a below average worker in my case.

Part of me would like to believe that I could make it as a professional photographer but i fear that the reality of what the profession is, is as anathema to me...

I see you found the set I shot for Balita! I like it! smile Thanks for all your sweet comments! As for me and my mom, we're still tryin to figure out exactly whats going on. She has to see another doctor now! It seems neverending! I feel bad cuz I just want her better but I don't know how to do that. I'm always researching her symptoms but to no avail, i never can find anything to help! I'm lost and don't know what else to do. I feel so bad for my mom though, she's been almost paralyzed since nov. and it only seems to be getting worse. I mean all of this occured out of the blue, it started with her toe being amputated and never ended! It's hard to even talk to her because I never know what to say. She's become so depressed. I don't know! blackeyed
Maybe soon, some help will come!
Again, thanks for everything! smile

I feel really young on here. It's not that everyone else is old, it's just that age seems to be some much more emphasized versus my everyday interaction with people. I don't know. When I was 18, I was half my dad's age. My parents did the deed pretty early in life.

wEEKLY cOGNITIVE rANDOMNESS

Been a while since I've had a corded phone. All I ever got on it were telemarketers and people calling trying to collect money from some loser who had my phone number before I did. But even in 2009 the corded phone does have one use, you can call your cell phone with it when you can't find your cell phone. Which...

I've been considering getting a Yakima rack for my car...

Maybe wait 'til it's a bit warmer and I'll actually use it.

Kind of expensive though. I think.

Weeky Meandering Thought Process

It vexes me that I'm not better at more activities than I am actually good at. Most specifically music and conversation are things I wish I could do better.

It struck me yesterday that most of the things I'm good at and/or are interested in are very sensual things. I'm really great at giving massages and at sex. I like swimming...

Wasn't a good week at work, not that it ever is, but bumping into cars is real high on the list of bad things.

I've been brooding a lot about a video they showed us a truck driving school about an incident where a driver was charged with a preventable accident in a situation similar to mine. The driver was just about to back into...

What exactly was Coke's reaction? Did they relieve you of your employment?
silversurfer:
This is the incident with the Jeep that you talked about in your previous journal entry, right? Because you said the police gave the other driver a ticket. That's got to be a good sign. Yeah, you're not going to be happy that there was an accident, but it sounds like you're doing your due diligence. There's going to be some stuff that you can't control.

If you go back and look a second time, or a third time or a fourth time, they can still sneak up behind you after that, can't they?

Well, today came pretty close to being a good day.

I didn't have too many stops, or too many cases to deliver, but after I was finished with my last stop, I was tidying up the cab of the truck for a minute, and a vehicle pulled up behind me so close that I couldn't see it in either of my mirrors. I had to...
