Green Smoke, day one. I really can't believe how well it seems to work. I've had two real cigarettes since I started this morning, just to knock out the jitters I've gotten. It's pretty surprising how many of the chemicals from cigarettes seem to hold sway on my body. now, I'm a two pack a day kinda guy since Iraq, just can't shake it. I've tried nicorette and cold turkey, but this really seems to make a difference. For whoever is listening, it's worth a shot. Good luck to me!
