Dinner sounds yummy. I think it is great that you are going to do the violin lessons! I think I will someday have to borrow your musical talents on some stuff, if you were ever willing that is. I tried the cleaning chart with stickers and such with Lyric, but she didn't really respond to it. She almost does better when I just tell her to do it, instead of offering something in return. I don't get it, because she holds a mass amount of value over things like all kids do, but when I try and use them to my advantage (a.k.a. brib her) it never really works....unless we are at the store, then its "I will be good and patient for a toy daddy." One day she tried that, but I told her no because she was being bratty all week. We then went to Lowes, and there she went again about being good for something. I told her Lowes didn't have anything she would want. A few minutes later, I joked with her at a clearence table. I offered to buy her a door knob for a dollar. She found me to be annoying, so we went on. A little later, she looks at me and says "Dad, I do want that door knob." I was dying, she was so dead serious. She just had to get something while we were out, and if that meant she could only get a door knob, she was more than willing to take it. Too funny. Just to not unprove my stand against her for being a brat all week she did not get the door knob either. I think I might get it for her on h er birthday or something, just have it among all her other gifts, and her be like, "dad, what the fuck!" Well, a kid word version of what the fuck anyway.

Getting back into running after a 20 year layoff was the best thing I did. Its a slow comeback, but I'm making weekly progress in speed and distance.I've lost 80 # since the first of the year and am back to my High School track and field weight. Now if i only could get the 18 year old speed back too. Probably not all of it. Glad to hear your running as well, any running is always better than none. Running will make so many other things so much better in your life. Good to hear from you again.

yes, go see The Fallen!!! i wish i could go but im going to see my friends Boots and Bracelets out in indiana. you should think about making the trek out here to ohio for punkapalooza in october, its 2 days of punk rock, camping, and just gonna be a sweet ass time. there is even gonna be a SG booth, so think about it!
