C'est moi. Hard week at work. A lot of unfair (I thought) treatment by the boss. Does anyone else out there have a boss who is unappreciative or like, totally rude. There is such a thing as saying thank you. She will demand something and add "please" at the end then when I do it she never says thank you. I want to smack her in the face. We need a group for difficult work situations. The only thing that keeps me going...all the workers like me and I do a good job at work and take pride in it. I think the manager is jealous of me. And I now what you mean about the snow. I got back on New Years eve and I was in Blackfoot and got snowed in. I just get to my house today! I hate snow, I wish it would stop. And I also have a hopes at losing weight and spending my money better, being in college its hard cause I love to spend money.
Oh and I don't think you can be too old for SG as long as you find girls of all sorts attractive and you have fun here. Its a great place.

I read Quarantine years ago. I remember little about it but the fat man and his timid wife. Most recently I read Arcadia and The Devil's Larder. It's been about a year since I read Being Dead. Why do I like Crace? I guess it's that he's essentially a writer of fantasy whose writing lacks a self-awareness of the fantastic within it. The bizarre and grotesque in Crace seems mundane. I find that and his prose style itself very attractive.
Loved Spinal Tap. Liked Best In Show very much, though I thought some of the best material was left in the deleted scenes. A Mighty Wind was good at times, though disappointing overall. It seemed to be trying to hard to be absurd. The strength of Spinal Tap is that all of the absurdity is plausible, as it is to a lesser extent in Best in Show.
Now Waiting for Guffman--that might be Guest's directorial masterpiece! "I hate you and your... ASS FACE!" That movie kills me.
