More bondage, please!
Just saw a great new set from Rigel. Includes some bondage, which is nice, but why oh why do I not see any decent bondage in SG land? When a girl is tied up, it's usually something shoddy. Beautiful girls deserve beautiful Shibari

Went to a Zombie Crawl in West Seattle and it was a blast. Well over a 100 zombies and so many great costumes, makeup and ideas. Great weather, too!
I finally signed up as a member of the CSPC (Center for Sex Positive Culture - formerly the Wet Spot) in Seattle. I'm really not sure what I want from the place though. They have all kinds of crazy things going on - mostly parties and workshops, covering most BDSM activities. I've been to one bondage workshop there and was impressed with the quality.
What I really want is a mentor and/or bottom that can help me build my rope bondage skills.
My partner is happy for me to practice on her for now, which is very cool of her. I think she likes it too...

Back from Burning Man. What a wild place it was - really exceeded my expectations! The art is just incredible, and is so surreal on the barren playa landscape. There were definitely some highlights for me - two beautiful huge metal sculptures, that I believe were part of a larger piece from last year, one made of cables and another from scrap metal.

; a self-supporting wooden structure and Mutopia, a metal plant-like structure with both fire and movement.
The temple was serene and soulful and I left a message there for my grandmother.

There was so much to do - you could easily wander all day looking at the art, checking out the camps or attending workshops or other events. I really enjoyed the zombie crawl (70 zombies shouting "Brains!" and 'attacking' people, cars and camps - so funny) and saw some great rope bondage demonstrations/workshops. Such incredible fire shows, disarray of musical styles, fantastic colorful art cars. The burn itself was very moving and releasing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It really will feel like going back home when I return next year!

Off to Burning Man this weekend - excited, and slightly nervous, since I'm a virgin burner. Looking forward to having a great time, meeting some awesome people and letting go a bit.
