Hope all of you had a great Christmas! We had one heck of a crowd at our place for dinner and still have about a week's worth of leftovers in the fridge. Little guy made out like a bandit... was awesome to see the smile on his face.

Wow, been a while since we had the chance to log on here. Little guy had his second birthday over the weekend... lots of fun and he now has drums.

Been offsite for a few months, hope everyone has been well. Our son has transitioned from clumsy walking to sprinting and climbing. Little guy has no fear and we constantly have lumps in our throat. Baby proofing? Yeah... right... thought we had all the bases covered but he has taken by surprise with his uncanny ability to get into mischief.

We have been down with pretty nasty chest colds... thankfully the little guy had a lesser one.

So let's see... since the last blog we have learned that our son prefers antique cars and motorcycles over baby animals and the 80's movie Heavy Metal was far crappier than I remembered it being.

On the plus side, it's gorgeous out!

I am going to say a silent prayer in the morning for those that fell victim to the atrocity that occured on September 11 of 2001. After that I am going to take my wife and son out to a local fair and enjoy life because no terrorist son of a bitch is going to turn me into an emotional basket case.

Getting ready for our son's 1st birthday party this weekend... can't believe a year has past since he entered our lives.

We're back... our PC didn't take a power surge too well and finally replaced it. Hope everyone is doing well out there in SG land.

Cat is fine... extra car is sold off... and we decided to not get the minivan till September when the new ones hit the lot and the current models go on sale.

When it rains it pours... why is that problems always occur in clusters rather than an easily digested one at a time? Sick cat plus my vehicle breaking down was bad enough and now her car has an issue. Thankfully we were able to get it back to the dealership for repairs (under warrenty! whew!) and should be picking it up tomorrow. Mine will wait till next paycheck... after that we're considering using both of them as trade ins on a minivan.
