back from the dells.

for those unfamiliar, the wisconsin dells is like las vegas for children. if las vegas was overrrun with waterparks, fudge shops, mini-golf, go-karts, and plump american families.

probably would have been better if it were just me, the wife, and the kid. trying to coordinate the simplest tasks, like, "where should we eat?", with 9 other family members set the stage for one of the most frustrating, anxiety-ridden, and mildly enraging 4 days of my life. i'm pretty sure vacations aren't supposed to make you wish you were back at work.

in closing, i highly recommend the dells if you're self-destructive and/or drunk.

someday i'll put up some new tattoo pics. i need a helper monkey to crop and re-size for me.

it's that time again. nothin' much new. just working a lot. makes time go by too fast.

i've got the studio to myself this summer. kim left for LA to do that show for the learning channel. hannah aitchison from deluxe tattoo, my former shop-mate and all-around good bud, got picked for the show too. that's two awesome tattooers from chicago going to shoot a show called" LA Ink". i just think it's ironic, i guess. kinda says something about LA, no? anyways, they'll be gone 'til august or so.

they shot some footage in cherry bomb a couple weeks ago. we went to that cobra lounge joint afterwards. first time i'd been out in a long time. it was fun. here's some pics

yesterday i stepped on a nail. it was rusty. i had to get a tetanus shot. awesome! everything's comin' up milhouse this month.
