Ok, so here's the deal. I take SEPTA, which SouthEastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority. This is my main form of transportation.
SEPTA makes monthly passes, which is a less expensive way to take it if you use the pass often enough. One of the ways that they get funding for transportation is to put an ad on the pass each month. Usually it's some local college or something.
Well, for the past 3 months, it's been McDonald's. So... every time I take out my pass... I have to fucking see a picture of disgusting fast food. I know this is not that big a deal in the scheme of things, but seriously? It just grosses me out.
I don't think it's just because I'm vegetarian, because I had an aversion to fast food back when I ate meat.

I used to have those adverts on my pass as well but now that I'm at U Vic (our ID acts as a bus pass), no more adverts... so happy.
Maybe next month will be better?
