Well thanks for letting me know what you meant in your other comment. But the fact is I never even made any kind of mention that fact. So I don't knwo why you are telling me about it. Or is this just another way to tell me I am not welcome here.

Here's a little tidbit you might not have picked up yet...

"Girl Collectors" are the dudes that think SGs are like Pokemon cards... usually around these parts folks tend to "Friend" people they connect with/etc.... not just rush to add all the cool SGs to their friend's lists.

I mean, SG has been about community AND naked girls. With all the influx of new members from Myspace, etc... some of the newer folks forget about that and just wanna CATCH THEM ALL.

I honestly think the advice about walking into a new bar and demanding that folks bend to your will was great... and well deserved.

Hopefully you'll catch the feel of this place and not be one of the annoying "OMB BOOBS" folks that are joining left and right these days?

The funny thing is you "resident members", for lack of a better term, have a real stick up your butts about new people and how they talk on the boards, become members of groups, etc. For example I haven't been on the boards, and to be honest have no plans to do so from this point foward, but yet you felt it was necessary to make a point out of something that was said well over a week ago.

Get over yourselves. You guys are here a year or more and you guys get this attitude as if you shit don't stink. I am sure none of you perfect veterans have done anything wrong in your tenure as a member. I am sure none of you ever did anything you guys slam every one else for. But I guess membership has its priviledges.

You may complain about the people coming in to this website to "catch them all", but what the hell does that have to do with your experience? If I want to come in and make friends with everyone on here that is my business not yours and I could care less how you feel about it.

You all talk about this "community" you have. Bullshit, you have a clique that will not allow others to enter into. Sure I made some posts that were less then stellar reviews of the site, but was it necessary to be told that my voice doesn't matter here because I haven't been around long enough. Come on. Was it necessary to try and degrade my opinion in as many posts as possible as some of your fellow members did? No it wasn't.

And to tell you the truth if I walked in to a bar and told them I didn;t like somethign after sitting there for 5-10 minutes I am sure the management would have addressed my issues professionally. They wouldn;t have told me "You have only been here 5-10 minutes, when that table there leaves will then have senority of the other tables and thus get to vent your issues"

And I am so glad you felt the treatment I got was well deserved. Bravo. Do me a favor and just leave me alone and let me do what I want on this site, I don;t need you or anyone else follwoing me around looking to pick a fight with me. Thanks.

I am just confused. Some members told me the best way to get known in the community was to post on the boards. Then I was told the way I did it was wrong. I was then told that I should post more blogs so people will get to know me and then I was told I should go post on other peoples blogs first....

So I am sitting here trying to figure out if I want to be an active member of this site or if I want to just remain in the shadows. I made a few topic posts in the past few weeks that were met with lets say less then favorable results. I tried to state my case but the more i spoke the more I...

one way to let people know about you, your thoughts, feelings, & experiences is to write it in your journal / blog rather than leave it open for people to have to ask you about it.
