So I wanted to talk about "guilty pleasures" the things we think are a bit embarassing but really i think we should be proud of!!

I have a few. Firstly I consider myself someone with impecible music taste! however I am completely in love with John Mayer, his voice calms me, his bluesy guitar playing relaxes me and I completely love him!!

Another is watching admitedly shit TV such as Come Dine With Me or Jeremy Kyle, a day off work watching those is a complete waste but for some reason it gives me a sense of satisfaction i just wouldnt get from going for a jog!

Spending the whole day eating junk food like a child, forgetting I exercise 7 hours a week and am in an athletic Roller Derby team now and just eating pure junk. That's fun and fully allowed. once you move away from home you can just completely indulge yourself in your guilty pleasures. sometimes, those days when I'm all alone I don't try to be clever or read a book about the political history of Northern Ireland or listen to prog rock and evaluate it. I just chill out watching John Mayer and eating maltesars.
