Heaven forbid you actually have the option of protecting yourself from the criminal element!! That being said, would it be safe to assume you were robbed by a minority? Hayward's population is 55 percent Black and/or Hispanic, so just playing the odds, it doesn't seem like an unreasonable assumption. Of course, this statistic seems to jell perfectly with Hayward's violent crime rates, which are 22 percent above the average in California and 27 percent above the national average. Put bluntly, you my friend live in a Hell-Hole of crime where average citizens by design of your elected officials are helpless to defend themselves. California is a state run by Socialist, with the highest tax rates in the country, teetering on the brink of financial disaster with 60 Billion Dollars of debt it has absolutely no hope of ever repaying. For a young man like yourself, California has little to offer for the future. However, you could opt to join hundreds of thousands of your fellow Californians who have brighten their future prospects by coming to Texas where the taxes are low, the future is bright, and your freedom is fiercely protected by a solid, conservative Republican legislature.
