Man I am ready to be off tomorrow. I worked today which is usually my day off and then when I got home we went to the health club place that my wife just joined. It is family oriented I suppose and the girls like it. It is a little less gross than the YMCA and cheaper. A locker room just smells like Jr. High to me no matter where it is. So we will see how long this lasts the Y lasted about two months and then the wife ran into her boss a couple times and never went back. If we are paying for it I should try to take advantage as often as possible. So I should start making more of an attempt to eat better and try to loose weight. Don't hold your breath. Going to a gym is not my strong suit and goes totally against my commitment to economy of movement. My main hope is that the girls drive to go to the pool will guilt me into going two or three times a week. That would be a huge improvement since I currently exercise zero. You would think that as exhausting as my work can be it would count for something but 18 years of kitchen work outs have not been paying off. So right now I am tired and sore...and going to bed.

The last time I was in a locker room (before dance class in high school, in the same building as the ISU pool), I saw Margie's dad nekkid. *shudders*
