Off today and getting ready to cook up a mess of stuff. I am trying out some new recipes recomended to me by my boss. First a Rachael Ray recipe for a soup called Cocido that looks awesome. Next I am gonna try the Alton Brown recipe for pot stickers. The girls love pot stickers and Alton Brown has my trust. Everything I've ever tried from him was good. I am also going to make some pork egg rolls but I'm going solo on this one. I am pretty happy with my egg roll chops. I need to start cooking for fun more, it helps the soul. Maybe I should just make a blog about food. Life gets a little tedious. As there is no category for food and food is life, I guess this heading will have to suffice.
