Well it's finally going to happen! After 6 years of college I'm finally going to get a BA! Yay! Those 2 years of community college and that year abroad added on some extra time I think, but that's aside from the point I suppose.
I need to find me a job after I graduate. Now that I'm going to have a degree it's supposed to help me find a better job I suppose, even if my major isn't going to get me into any specific field most likely, but that's for most people nowadays with a BA unless you're a math or science major.
I really want to find a job in Japan, or at least a way to visit for a year. I am going to apply for JET, but they are getting a lot of applicants these days and since I know a fair amount of Japanese I'm going to be sent to the countryside, which isn't all bad. I would just prefer to live in the Kansai region, preferably Kyoto. I want to be somewhere with a local music scene, but I can't be too picky. Other than that my first host family said they'd help out, and I am also trying to contact the people I made friends with at the hostel I stayed at in Kyoto. If I can be there for a while to find a job that would be great. We'll see though! I just hope that it will all work out.
