I'm getting ready to leave Fort Hood, and move to Fort Sam Houston. I'll be home, well until I deploy. Thank god for dwell time.

A year has come and gone, and now I find myself wondering where it all went.

Another range week, well I get to draw RFI tomorrow so that should be fun. Free shit is always good

I got promoted, even with a crappy board score. I got my 5, now just wait for the training to end and deployment to begin.

I passed the E-5 promotion board, now I'm and E-4 (P). Like that matters either way a shit load of correspondence course must be done. fuck this is gonna be awhile.

I got kicked out of the E-5 promotion board. Fuck so I have to go to next months board. Well more studying AR's and FM's.

Things I learned yesterday: Don't listen to Patton Osswalt while getting my chest tattooed.

Things I want to see in this world:

1. A monkey going to do battle while riding a horse.
2. also if the monkey or horse shot lasers from their bodies/weapons.
3. five more minutes with the ones I've lost.
4. more time with my loved ones.
5. the realization of numbers 3 and 4 becoming a reality.
