yeah I like yoga a lot! I need to do it more! I can't do lunges and squats because my knees are weak due to my weight. My doctor says I should stay away from stressing my knees because of it. I used to be really big and walking made my knees weak, now that I have lost weight it is better but my knees are still not ready for a lot of activity. I also need to just go out walking for like 10mins each day to get them back to not hurting
Yeah, its a process. It takes time and effort. Your progress is amazing. Your should be proud, you look really great. I over did it at the gym the last two days. My body hurts like crazy. My advice dont take extended breaks from physical activity cause you will pay for it. Keep us updated!
