So the past two weeks and the following 10 weeks I am partaking in a "body challenge" Myself and roughly 10 other wrestlers around Australia have 12 weeks to improve our physiques towards our own personal goals.
I've never weighed more than 65kg (soaking wet) and I'm now up to an even 70kg.
2 weeks in and I can't see my ribs and I have muscles I've not seen on myself before.
I've not put up pics elsewhere because I want the guys involved to only see before and after, but I want to share my progress with someone so I think I'll upload them here.
