my newest band is going to practice today. a stoned thrash assault of punk hardcore and metal. i will post up links to mp3s when they are done.

my hand is almost better. lots of therapy in the months ahead. i can ride my bike next week.

my hand is broken. fuck. i punched my couch cause i thought it would be a good way to get my aggression out with out punching a person or a wall.

now i cant work for a month. 2 weeks left. i get disability though. still not enough for the bills, fortunately my tax return came this week.

once my hands better, watch out world....
