i was thinking about people today. just sitting on this little ledge on the outside of a building with floor to ceiling windows watching people and thinking. i started noticing how people would avoid other's eyes, not say hello, have this "i'm better than you" attitude in their stride, or other things like that. it made me kind of angry at humanity. people have kind of been shoved into the idea that they must be better than someone else at something in order to be a succesful human being. i noticed that i do the same thing. if i can't be the best at what i do, then i don't try anymore. if i find a guitarist who's better than i am, i'm not saying i'm any good, then i will get all intimidated and decide not to play. i've been invited to jam with folks a couple times, but i don't show up cause i'm afraid they will be better than me and i will look like a fool. oh well. stupid fears and stuff. go read a book!

Hey, by the way, we are officially going to invite guys to play hockey too! I am out of town from Monday the 10th until Sunday the 23rd, but after that we should return to our normal schedule of Wednesdays and Fridays at 5pm. I might start a game on the weekends in Medford too. E-mail me if you want to play! and spread the word

I am pretty happy most of the time. I'd like to think it takes a lot to really piss me off. I hope you are doing well. Have fun this weekend.
