great art is created when you have the right canvas!

one of my main reasons for going to vancouver is to check out emily carr.
are you at or did you go to sheridan?
i am applying to one program there, and possibly another. i just dislike the distance it is from me. i haven't got a car. transit duration will be great.

i went to ryerson. a couple of people i know took graphic design at sheridan. they work you hard but it is highly regarded. one of them took architecture first, she worked for a short time and was not happy, then went to sheridan and is happy now.

i've been in emily carr while visiting vancouver and saw some of the work. the downtown core of vancouver is quite compact so there are lot's of living possibilities. if i could i would live in kitsilano - not too far from the beach!

for one site it was pull down menus with rollovers. the program generated the code with all the needed javascript. something i could never write and have work properly. then i just copied the relevant code and pasted it into the pages where i wanted it to appear. the rest of the page was hand coded.
