Alright I have a question for anyone out there with a free minute.
A few months ago I joined Beard Team USA with the goal of competing in the next Beard and Mustache World Championships. Which will take place May 2011 in Norway. On top of that there is the National Championships this coming June, and I've named 2010 as the "Year of the Beard."
So what I want to know from you lovely people, is your opinions on facial hair.
As a guy, does having a beard make you feel more manly or like a dirty homeless man?
As a lady, do beards on a guy make you cringe or are there any beardophiles out there?

First and foremost, Happy 2010! It's time for a fresh start and a clear mind. Although as I look at the bottle of Fat Tire sitting next to me perhaps just a fresh start.
Resolutions:
Build up my confidence
Pass all classes this semester so I can get out of UNLV
Shoot a few more short films
Finish the scripts I've started
Create a cartoon
That's all I could come up with before 12 rolled around last night.
Started the evening off by driving out to the desert with a friend of mine. Laying down in the middle of some forgotten country road and smoking an expertly rolled 'cigarette.' Just sat out and gazed at the stars and the beautiful full moon. From there I went to my ex's for a little powwow with her and her roommates. Began shots of tequila as soon as I got there and it went a bit blurry.
How was everyone else's New Years? And what are some of your resolutions to start off the new decade?

Well I'm disappointed, just got back from the tattoo shop and sadly I have no new ink. The artist my mom had suggested was booked all day and my flight to Vegas is in the morning. Chago, from Super Chango Studio, also turned down tattooing my hand entirely as I do not have an extensive amount of visible tattoos. I'm still determined though, so when I get back to Vegas I'll start shopping around.
Spent the morning with my mom at the gun range firing hand guns. It was a blast, except the slide on the 380 tore a few small holes in my hand.
On another note I'm still waiting to be accepted into the Sin City SG group. Got my fingers crossed.

First blog on the new account, a lot of pressure not to screw it up. So of all the possible topics to discuss what should I focus on? ....I know, MEAT!
The family and I went out to a very nice dinner last night at a restaurant called The Rainbow Lodge here in Houston. The great thing about this restaurant is that it is known for it's exotic game, which is perfect for me because I keep a detailed list of every animal I've eaten thus far.
It was great because by the end of the evening I had eight different animals in my stomach, and in my mind they were all miniature versions of themselves and were fighting for dominance.
So here's the finally tally:
Ostrich
Antelope
Cow
Deer
Quail
Lobster
Wild Boar
A pretty successful night in my mind. I'm hoping to add another to the list today at lunch, but I'll keep you posted.
Also hoping to go get my second tattoo tomorrow before I leave Texas, however I do not have an appointment with the artist. So cross your fingers for me.
