Long time no talk too! We are finally wrapping up our project and the market here is still pretty good. New and existing home sales have actually gone up! Not by much but they didn't fall. Our house will be on the market in July. You do some amazing work! We have been toying with the idea of bring some guys up from SC for some projects as they charge way less than the people here.
