Why the fuck was my profile saying I lived in Hermosa Beach? I have not lived there since age 11.

twiggy:
yeah, there are heaps of glitches on th new site but thats plain weird! The good thing with the criss crossy nipple piercing is that the second set heal much easier (provided theyre behind the first set)

While I understand the need to keep websites up to date with the times and fashions, and also understand (though don't necessarily agree) that people want their businesses to constantly grow (tends to be disastrous if it was built for a niche audience though, as the philosophy will eventually eliminate the niche and make it be more like everything else that's popular in order to...

I couldn't agree more with you concerning the SG website.....it is becoming mainstream. .....
kundalini:
SG now sucks ass.  Go easy on freckles.  They're actually pretty damn sexy.

I'm not sure I like this site's new "Followers Only" option for blog posts -- seems pointless, since it appears anyone can choose to follow you. What's the difference between that and Members Only, then? I think at some point I'm going to have to go through my blog and blank out a few old posts... And why can't they just make a Delete Post...

You can lock your follow button, which makes it like the friends-only option. It seems kinda superflous to redesign the same features to be more like twitter, though.

Good lord! I think the fellow paying for my account ought to ask about a partial refund or some extra time added to the subscription -- when you're buying by the month, being unable to use the site for half of one is significant.

Anyway, after a few complaint letters to the bugs@suicidegirls department, I'm back, and finally able to log in and use the...

"If you could put this much energy into something that actually works, you could have a much better life." So says my dad regarding the magic spells business.

This is probably true, but the issue being that to date nothing else works at all. Magic works as a business -- just, barely. Right now I'm getting very very few customers... some recent changes might have...

Bought a book titled "Book Yourself Solid" that purports to teach you how to do what the title states. Unfortunately, most of the information so far is either stuff I was already doing, or stuff that's not feasible to implement with the kind of business I run.

The two things it did helpfully suggest though, that I'm going ahead and trying, were to sell yourself...

Trying to find ways to affordably advertise. Trying to sell things. Being afraid to buy shoes because I never know when I'll make money again. Trying to find job listings for anything appropriate (but that is such a waste of time I think there's no point.) Trying to bleach freckles in a hurry. Waiting for paint to dry.
waldo_jeffers:
From my recent experience of sorting through my possessions and throwing stuff out, I would advise you not to but shoes (unless your exiting ones have fallen apart, of course) or anything for that matter. It is astonishing how much stuff I have bought over the years and how much I am ending up throwing away. I am freaked out by the amount of money I have spent over the years on things and how I am now giving these things to charity shop or throwing them away. I am effectively throwing away money. I could have saved that money or invested it in shares!

Note: I am trying to cut down on the amount of crap that I have as I plan to move to be closer to my place of work. Commuting takes up hours of my life every day and costs me loadsa dough!!

I don't usually buy shoes unless existing ones are rotting. I'm always short on clothing and shoes for that reason...

Still looking to sell my Mucha-inspired piece for $45. Details here.

So my skin had cleared up around June quite thoroughly, but this week, the pimples are returning. Too bad, as I'd been hoping I could begin work on aciding off scars and freckles, but if my skin's unhappy already, that just makes it worse.

And back to the same old same old with my...
