<3 stealing teh internets
so im here at my friends place in washing DC stealing internet.
I flew in to reagan national airport this afternoon after a relatively uneventful flight. while wandering the airports i realized that airports are the ideal people watching location. most people are somewhat lost wandering around trying to find where to go. this vulnerability makes watching people that much more interesting. so many different people crammed into one area keeps the scene changing.
now that im here im trying to figure out what to do. its looking like MUSEUMS! including the international spy museum.
this trip will help me decide what kind of place i want to live in the future. these 5 days in DC will give me a nice taste of big city life. things are alright so far, though im not sure i would like living in the heart of somewhere so crowded. we shall see though. I hope to write more while i'm here.

tonight is my least favorite night of the year. it is the one night that i am reminded just how alone i am. everyone else is celebrating with those they love... i always end up sitting here alone in my parents basement. this is not by choice mind you, this is because no one asks me to do something, and those i ask to do things already have more important plans with others.
someone i know is taking advantage of some poor sap on ebay.... though if there are so stupid as to miss the last line of the auction, they deserve to pay $500 for a cardboard box

here is half of my trip to california
well, here we go
end of july here in california.
day 1 went to flogging molly
day 2 arrived in the desert.... fucking hot.... average of about 105 the whole time i've been there.
once in the desert we basically hung out for a couple days, just hanging out with courtney (gf) and xtine (gf's roommate) and their friends. the desert is kinda boring though, or at least its so hot that it makes a lot of things boring.
after that, courtney and i went down to the san diego area for a couple days. we wandered the beaches and caves in the area. it was pretty awesome.
after that, we went to LA for a weekend. We first stayed a night with her dad in redondo, then stayed with my cousin in hollywood for a night. on the way there, we stopped in san dimas in search of a circle K. no one there knew where one was, so i stole wireless and used google to find me a circle K. once we got there, we found that nothing strange was afoot... *tear* the next day we explored downtown hollywood, that was a shit load of walking. that night we went to a movie (fucking $14 a ticket) we saw "me and you and everyone we know" a pretty sweet indy film. people should find it and see it. the next day we went to the la brea tar pits and did some other touristy things.
then back to the desert for a day or 2.
after that we went to disneyland for 2 whole days.... and thats where i end for now, cause im tired. soooo i'll update later
