with the oncoming vehicle in his sight, the lone figure raised a gun to his left shoulder.
"CRACK, CRACK, CRACK"
Three bullets left the barrel of the automatic weapon, shattering the windscreen the first bullet found it's target, hitting the driver's face at an angle sending her head backwards as the projectile entered her skull. The second bullet closely followed and came to rest in the back seat as the final deadly missile entered the left shoulder of the front passenger, sending blood and flesh on to the door and window beside him. The car veered out of control, skidding sideways across the road, crashing through a wooden fence and rolling in to a field opposite the gun man, sheep tried their hardest to run away from the flying object invading their home.
The gun man slowly crossed the road, still with weapon raised and keeping his eye on his prey. As he approached the crumpled mass of metal he noticed movement from the back. Stopping yards away from the wreck he targetted on the head of the moving object. He released a single bullet from the chamber, the figure in his sights slumped forward. Tugging on the trigger the gun man peppered the vehicle with bullets, glass flew in all directions, and dull thuds disrupted the country silence as bullets ripped their way through the car. Then slowly circling the object he continued firing, making sure he completed the job.
There was an eerie silence as the figure stopped to re load his weapon, he replaced the gun to his shoulder and walked towards the cars bonnet, he carried on releasing bullets on his prey. A helicopter couldbe heard in the distance as he moved closer to the drivers side. Standing by the drivers door, with the barrel of his gun aimed at the body slumped over the steering wheel, he heard sirens approaching from affar. All three passengers of the car had been torn apart by the bullets, they no longer looked like humans but resembled slaughtered animals. The noise of the helicopter became a lot louder as it circled overhead.
*As promised more of my story
