Before you criticise someone walk a mile in their shoes then when you do criticise them you'll be a mile away and wearing their shoes.

I must be mad... I've entered the London Kilomathon for the end of October and also entered the ballot for the 2012 London marathon!
So far I'm only running distances of about 5 miles so any tips or advice will be gratefully accepted!!!
