In staying with the theme of great music throughout the decades . . . I present The Muffs . . . everyone try and love them as much as you can . they're amazing and Kim is a goddess . I've seen this band more times than I can count and every show was a home run

I just watched the Joy Division documentary and I have to say it was amazing . I knew as a kid how important this band was and I sort of grew up listening to their music as a soundtrack to my life along with lots of other shit . Anyhow as it turns out they not only made an important mark in my life personally but also totally changed the face of music as we know it . Brought musical street cred to Manchester in a way no one could have ever expected , and continues to go on and effect people in ways that we might never really fully understand .

If you like J/D or even if you just like documentaries about live music and bands , watch this one . It's a fucking mountain .

It was epic . Do yourself a favor , if you like monster movies . It was scary , thriller , gross . . . all the good shit . And the monster is awesome .

okay something new to talk about . . . as of tuesday we are now proud owners of this . A 1960 Shasta camper trailer . Expect to see us whooping it up in the wilderness near you , soon !

Okay , I got an iPhone as a gift and I have verizon already , I have for like 11 years . . . so now I'm pissed I have to switch to AT&T because it's going to cost like $175 , which I guess is better than buying a damn phone for $600 and then having to spend another $175 on top of that to ditch my verizon plan .

Whatever . . .

SO I spent the whole weekend working on doors in my house . By working on doors I mean that our house has hardwood floors , and at one time the previous owners put carpet everywhere in the house . By doing so they had to cut the bottoms off the doors in the bedrooms .

Now that we have the hardwood floors back again , the doors looke stupid because they were 2 inches too short ( because you have to cut the b ottoms off when you install cacrpet . . .

so anyhow , I added 1 1/4 inches to the bottom of the doors so they would look right again . It took almost a full day to do this and when I was done I realised , what the fuck . . . I'm the only one who would ever notice this .

but I felt pretty good that now they are back to how they are supposed to be . and when I look at them they look right .
