occupation: I work at a particle accelerator. I'm the head of the survey & alignment group, member of the operations group, supervisor of the accelerator operators, and, other stuff, too, but that pretty much covers it.

makes me sad: Death. It sucks to lose people or animals you really care about.

makes me happy: Drinking good coffee, reading a book, listening to music, walking in the woods, hanging out with friends, good conversation, good TV or movies.

into: Lots of stuff. Pretty much everything. Quantum physics, General Relativity, Paganism, Jung, good TV, movies, coffee, working on old houses (well, my own, anyway), and, well, it's annoying to have to try to express all this in a profile box! You get the idea, I'm sure.
