In other news. an old man was arrested in my town... Apparently he was walking around wearing only a pair of womens panties and carrying a kama (sickle) in a plastic bag. I think this is hilarious and kind of sad, but the Japanese people who mentioned it said it was scary. I guess it could be, especially since he CLEARLY wasnt ok in the brain, but how difficult would it be to deal with a naked 60 year old?
