NOLA was a blast!! I had so many great meals and met so many great people. Plus, I bought an amazing painting. Can't wait to go back again. 
Should I just order a bottle of wine when I'm out by myself or continue with the farce of ordering by the glass? 
I saw the best band at the 400 Bar last night. They are called Howlin Rain. Very 70's early Santana and Crosby,Stills, and Nash. Amazing live show. They melted my face! Rick Rubin produced their album. Check them out!!
Ok, I leave for Key West in 2 1/2 weeks so if Mr. Flu Bug has plans to visit it should be NOW. I have no desire to repeat last year's debacle of being sick throughout my entire trip. 
I wish I understood the root cause of my need to horde food. I keep cooking and then freezing nice individual portions to be eaten at a later time. However, it seems the hoarding part is of more interest to me than the eating part. There is no more space in my freezer. I also have like a dozen 12-packs of soda in the closet. I do the same thing with wine and liquor. I'm odd.
I have good days and bad days but at this point I really can't remember what a normal day feels like.
