cardio is always good. running, jump rope, bikes, any type of martial arts training is an amazing workout. try medicine ball stuff. kettle bells. both of those have good range of motion for a toning style workouts. and of course always watch what you eat...counting is a bitch but its a good thing to just be aware of those calories. sounds like you are doing well though so keep up the good work

You look amazing as it is, if you looked any better, we may see a rip in the fabric of reality. I studied to be a personal trainer. If you want, let me know what you have already tried and lets see if we can tweek it to get that last toning that you want. Although, if you have already lost 36 pounds, it seems you have a good handle on a diet

i didnt pay for his program i just watched his youtube videos and followed his work outs and i lost about 40lds and im in much much better shape.

oh and is 50% diet, 20%working out and the rest is mental

thanks for all the tips tbh im not sure how i lost all this weight im terrible when it comes to food and when one of my passions its to open my own cake shop then yeah i can get carryed away, atm im not doing any form of workout or anything like that im pretty lazy in all fair..will be picking up my push bike tomorrow which im looking forward to start using my partner just says i just need to tone which he is totally true on ive got a tiny waist its just my mid area typically the bully, bum and thigh area which needs the working i was thinking of going on a low carb diet but when your living in a house with 3 men and you dont do the shopping its pretty hard
