I think it's absurd that you don't have a higher rating! *My only issue with the set was some of the shots were very similar. Do you have the option of editing it down to a more streamlined set?
From what I can tell about this site is that very few girls have their first sets go pink. It seems like the first set is to put yourself out there and get friends, get people reading your blog, almost marketing yourself, shity but true. The more involved you are the more likely you'll go pink.
With that said you look gorgeous in your set, im sure thats how you always look, but the set had a few flaws.
It needed better art direction (idea to completion), some of the shots are out of focus, and the lighting isn't all that flattering. Sorry for the critique, if its one thing art school has taught me is not to be shy about other people's work, its good for them and you. But please stick with it, I've seen some of the pictures you've posted on your blog and there amazing, so just put some time into a good idea and Im sure you'll go pink.
I'll post 1000 comments myself just to make sure
This hollow jones knows what he's talking about. You are beautiful, but your set needed more variety. If you look at the set as a whole, the gallery view, the angles and poses really don't change that much compared to, say, an Annalee set, where every photo is a surprise. I also agree with mr. jones about the lighting. Just because you're shooting outdoors doesn't mean everything needs to look so flat and dreary, even if it is Edmonton. : )
The shoot you did with Nathan was great. It's only a matter of time before you get to the front page! Keep submitting and they will have to take notice.
